New, Web-Based Exemption Application Available

The Division of Workers' Compensation has developed a new web-based, NOTICE OF ELECTION TO BE EXEMPT application for individuals seeking to become exempt from Florida's workers' compensation law. The web-based application is user friendly and provides easy to fill-in data fields, along with detailed instructions to assist and educate the applicant on the entire application process. After completing the application, the applicant is still required to submit the application and the required documentation to the Division for review and processing.

The web-based, NOTICE OF ELECTION TO BE EXEMPT application can be accessed by going to http://www.fldfs.com/wc and clicking on the "Online Exemption Application" icon on the right-hand side of the page.
