- Initial INC Filing: to create a new corporation

- INC Amendment Filing: to amend an existing corporation or resign Officer(s)/Director(s)
- Click the link above to download the Application for Amending Articles of Incorporation. Once the documents are processed, you will receive your Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation, Certified Copy of Filing, and New Stock Certificates (if ownership percentages change).
- Issuance of Stock Certificates: to prove ownership of a corporation

Limited Liability Company Forms to Download:
- Initial LLC Filing: to create a new limited liability company
