Free FUBA Publications
As your small business resource in Tallahassee, FUBA has developed several publications, posters, and other items that are designed to help our members comply with various state and federal regulations. In addition to our monthly editions of ISSUES, these informative publications are provided free to you as a FUBA member:
 Feeling strangled by red tape? Then you need our informational Small Business Advisor to help you through the maze of state government. This guide will provide you with information on:
- Employee Compensation
- Unemployment Compensation
- Workers' Compensation
- Handling Worthless Checks
- A State Government Locator
 Ever receive a bad check from a customer? This notice lists the new, increased fees a business can collect for a worthless checks.
Other items, like required posters, are also free to members. They include:
- Labor Law Poster - includes all required federal and state posters; one is provided free with each FUBA membership
- Family and Medical Leave Act Information and Poster - required only if your business has 50 or more employees
- "Right-to-Know" Poster - required if your business handles toxic chemicals
- "Wash Your Hands" Poster - required for restaurants in Florida
In addition to the above publications, FUBA has copies of all state laws and regulations that affect your business. Please contact the FUBA Member Services Department to request any of the above publications. Don't forget to include your FUBA number and your address with your request.
