Quality workers' compensation coverage is available through FUBA Workers' Comp, our member-owned self-insurance program. Coverage is provided by the Florida Citrus, Business & Industries (FCBI) Fund. The FCBI Fund has provided Florida employers with affordable workers' compensation coverage since 1977.

FUBA Workers' Comp offers our members:

  • Coverage for small employers (including businesses with only one employee)
  • Flexible payment plans
  • Alternatives to Joint Underwriting Association (JUA) coverage/Assigned Risk

Are you an agent looking to write with FUBA Workers' Comp?
FUBA Workers' Comp provides workers' compensation coverage for a range of businesses, from small to large. We require at least one covered person in the governing class code and that the minimum premium be no less than $1,500.00.

FUBA Workers' Comp is currently approving new agents. In order to become an appointed agent for our Fund, agents must complete and sign an Agency Application for Appointment and Agreement. Proof of Errors & Omissions (E&O) coverage of at least $1 million must also be provided.
