Labor Law Poster
As a member of Florida United Businesses Association (FUBA), you will receive one free "All-in-One" poster.
The "All-in-One" is a space saver poster that keeps you in compliance with the State and Federal employment notice laws. This publication contains all eight required posters conveniently on one 40" x 26" poster.
Don't be tricked into buying from poster companies who try to scare you. If any of the posters change, we will notify you immediately. We will provide the new posters at no charge or a nominal fee.
The poster retails for $40.00 and includes the following required notices:
- OSHA Safety & Health poster
- Equal Employment Opportunity poster
- Workers' Compensation poster
- Employee Polygraph Protection Act poster
- Fair Labor Standards Act poster
- Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) poster
- Anti-Discrimination poster
- Unemployment Compensation poster
Child labor posters are available at no charge to members who employ workers under age 18.
Members can order additional posters for $15.00 each, plus a processing fee and applicable sales tax.
Non-members can order posters for $30.00 each, plus a processing fee and applicable sales tax.
The “All-in-One” Labor Law poster is also available in Spanish. To order, please specify “Spanish” in the comments section of order form.
