Let FUBA be your first call when dealing with state government.  We can either answer your questions right away or direct you to one of our many knowledgeable  and helpful contacts in various state agencies.

Some of the questions we have helped our members with:

• Do I have to give my employee breaks?
• When do I have to pay overtime?
• One of my employees has filed for unemployment benefits.  How do I contest it?
• Does my business need workers' comp coverage?
